I love this snowman! it's a classic. I love the old red barn in the background. It gives the picture a time-honored look to it. I love the simple brilliance of it. I remember making snowmen with my two older brothers when I was younger. So, this picture brings tons of memories flooding back!!

Winter

I love winter. I love the snow and how it turns the dead brown woods by my house into a beautiful sparkling and clean blanket covered world. The woods just change so much when it snows. I remember sledding on the hill in the woods back behind my house. There was a dirt pile right under the snow. We found out about that because the hill was so steep that we fell off our sleds and rolled down the hill and got covered in mud. It was really fun though. Afterwards, my brother and our neighbors went back to the house and had hot chocolate and watched a movie. Then we went to their house and played LIFE. It was an amazing snow day!!!
